Un esercizio sul recupero della spalla a dorso.
Perché farlo:
Guidare il recupero del Dorso con la spalla permette un recupero pulito, minore attrito, e favorisce la migliore rotazione del corpo.
Come farlo:
1) Fondamentalmente questo esercizio è solo nuotare a Dorso ma concentrandosi sul far partire il recupero sollevando per prima cosa la spalla!
2) Tieni la spalla ben alta e il più vicino possibile al viso durante il recupero.
Come farlo davvero bene (i punti essenziali).
Concentrati nel mantenere la spalla pulita il più a lungo possibile durante il recupero. Evita di spingere la spalla all’insù ma concentrati piuttosto sulla rotazione del corpo e su una leggera alzata di spalle all’inizio del recupero.
