Perché farlo:
Mantenere il corpo in una linea dritta durante l’allungo a Rana è molto di più che estendere le braccia in avanti, è necessario avere una solida posizione del corpo.
Come farlo:
1 – Inizia con 10 secondi di plank sul bordo vasca (vedi video o immagine qui sotto) prima di tuffarti per nuotare i primi 50 Rana.
2 – Per alcuni 50 utilizza uno snorkel frontale per tenere bene giù la testa nella posizione corretta.
3 – Dopodiché elimina lo snorkel e nuota altri 50 con i PLANK concentrandoti sull’allungo e sul mantenimento di una linea stabile del corpo.
