Devo dirvelo, non sono un fan dell’allenamento ipossico per i Master, però sono favorevole ad allenare l’efficienza fino al punto di non aver bisogno di aria!

Questa serie di tecnica può insegnarti sia come monitorare la tua efficienza in acqua che una interessante tecnica di respirazione più efficace.
Pensa a come respiri anche nelle attività quotidiane. Un espirazione costante dal naso è davvero diffusa. Questo modo di espirare in maniera costante significa anche meno C02 nei polmoni prima che la testa si giri per prendere aria così che più ossigeno fresco possa riempire i polmoni.
Questo allenamento non ha nulla a che vedere con “quanto lontano riesco ad arrivare senza respirare”. Serve piuttosto come un sistema per controllare quanto è efficiente la tua nuotata. Più sei efficiente meno frequentemente hai bisogno d’aria.
ATTENZIONE: esagerare con il nuoto in apnea può essere MOLTO PERICOLOSO! Non spingetevi oltre la vostra “zona di comfort” e fate questi esercizi solo se siete seguiti da un allenatore competente!!!
