Perché allenarsi nei Misti è importante per i triatleti?
A proposito di questo allenamento:
I triatleti spesso pensano, dovendo gareggiare a Stile Libero, di non aver bisogno di integrare nel loro allenamento anche gli altri stili! Se sei un triatleta e hai voglia di provare questo allenamento con Misti che ti proponiamo, potresti ritrovarti con una marcia in più rispetto a chi è “monostile”.
Allenare anche gli altri tipi di nuotata è vantaggioso perché muovere il corpo in modi diversi ti libera da un eccessivo irrigidimento ed è utile per rompere la monotonia di lunghe serie a Stile. Ma la parte “peggiore” dei Misti che tutti cercano di evitare (me compreso) è il Delfino! Sappiamo tutti quanto sia faticoso ma sappiamo anche che porta grandi benefici di potenza e che incorporarlo in qualche allenamento rende tantissimo sopratutto ad atleti che puntano sulla resistenza.
