Dopo le prime due serie di esercizio (Migliorare lo Stile Libero, tre esercizi progressivi – esercizio 1 e Migliorare lo Stile Libero, su di velocità – esercizio 2) che gradualmente riusciranno a migliorare il tuo stile, ecco l’ultima. Questa inserirà, nell’equazione “miracolosa” per migliorare il tuo stile libero, l’ultima variabile, la frequenza cardiaca. Ecco perché continuare a esercitarsi e come (in fondo potrai vedere il video dell’esercizio tratto da goswim.tv).
Aggiungendo la frequenza cardiaca “all’equazione” del tuo allenamento scoprirai se sei davvero efficiente o no. La differenza è tra l’essere semplicemente bravo ad andare da una vasca all’altra con il minimo di bracciate necessarie e essere in grado di farlo con il minimo dispendio di energie (ovvero reggendo in gara al meglio).
Invece di fare dei 50 fai dei 100 o 200. O magari anche distanze più lunghe, se riesci. Puoi anche cambiare stile e sperimentare su come ogni singolo stile modifica la tua frequenza cardiaca.
Cerca di essere consapevole del tuo schema di respirazione e sperimenta modificando la tua quantità di bracciate per vasca. Così potrai più facilmente capire quale numero di bracciate ti permette di mantenere a lungo la frequenza cardiaca che ti sei posto come obiettivo. Usa la tecnica per modificare a tuo piacimento la frequenza cardiaca.
